Chapleau and the
Canadian Pacific Railway

Engine owned and operated by the Devon and then the McNaught Lumber Co. at Devon. Standing to the extreme left is Joe Lepine, engineer. Third from the left is Tommy Delaney who acted as a breakman when he was not employed by the C.P.R. This engine was sent to Sultan in 1928 and was subsequently sold as scrap. This picture was taken in the early 1920s.
