The Forks Hunt Club which was comprised of Chapleau residents and located at Forks, 105 miles east of Chapleau on the Canadian Pacific Railway. This picture is of a few of the members taken at Fork, circa 1918, at the time when the white-tailed deer were plentiful in that area as a result of great forest fires in 1910 and earlier. Those in the picture are as follows:
