View from the top of the ski slide on Slaughter House Hill (behind the present separate school). Note the tobogan slide. It began with a wooden tower and platform on the hill and extended almost to the Back River. It had 16 inch sides to keep the tobogan slide "safe". Quite a Ride! Here is a close-up of the town in the background. Year unknown. Perhaps mid 1930s.
